Tony Francisco / President and CEO
The original founder of VAR Dynamics, Tony Francisco has over 15 years of experience as a sales, marketing, and business development leader, with a heavy focus on managing IT channel sales and business development. Tony has a history of creating profitable alliances for high-tech companies such as GTE, Schlumberger, and Oculan, where he spearheaded their expanding domestic and international sales and channel initiatives. Additionally, Tony spent several years working with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies regulating IT security practices throughout the United States. In his spare time Tony serves on the Board of IT Advisors for St. Petersburg College, as a Mentor at SCORE.org providing advice to entrepreneurs, and as an active member of the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of South Florida.
Melony White / Director, Channel Management
Melony White started in Support and Project Management for VAR Dynamics before transitioning to lead the Channel Management team. She carries a diverse background in sales, small business assistance and information systems. She enjoys forming strategic partner relationships and assisting partners in taking their business to the next level with private-labeled services powered by VAR Dynamics. Melony graduated from the University of West Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems where she also became a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a co-ed business fraternity.
Kim Hernandez / Support Management
Kim Hernandez leads Support Operations for our partners, which is Job One at VAR Dynamics. After starting on the VAR Dynamics’s Technical Support frontline, she leveraged that experience to transition to the leadership role for Support, making aggressive changes to the support infrastructure to accommodate the rapid growth VAR Dynamics has experienced over the past several years. With over 13 years in the customer service industry, Kim is now spearheading the new-hire training process as well as customer escalations in order to continually upgrade the level of support that partners of VAR Dynamics have come to expect and value. Kim received her B.A. in Business from the University of Indiana Northwest.
